Structured Ideation & Idea Development

Move beyond brainstorming into structured idea generation using AIC's proprietary frameworks. Teams produce and develop multiple high-potential solutions against defined problem statements.

DAY 3

Validation, Pitching & Action Planning

Test your best ideas against commercial and operational criteria. Build implementation-ready action plans and present to simulated decision-makers for live feedback.
